As the years go by and the seasons flow, we welcome a new year full of hopes and challenges. In order to comprehensively summarize and review the work achievements in the past year, deploy the work in the new year and clarify the direction and focus of work development, on January 19, Haijiang Group held the 2022 annual summary meeting. Chairman Liu Haijiang, General Manager Chu Long, Party Branch Secretary Gao Qiying, Deputy General Manager Ye Jun and Finance Director Zhang Hongmei attended the meeting. The management leaders of the Group, managers and deputy managers of each department, and heads of each department made summary reports one after another.
At the general meeting, the top leaders firstly reviewed the work priorities of 2022 and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the work. Then, they clarified the work objectives for 2023 and put forward targeted work measures to promote the work in 2023 to a new level. Finally, rationalised suggestions were made to promote the comprehensiveness and refinement of the Group's future work and to promote the harmonious and scientific development of Haijiang Group.
The directors of each department presented the annual work summary of the department and put forward new ideas and thoughts on the work arrangement in 2023. The Finance Department reported in detail the analysis of the Group's operation in 2022 and the Group's investment plan in 2023; the Engineering Department summarized the experience of the past year's work and planned the future work prospect to ensure the effective implementation of the project plan and bring the work in 2023 to a new level; in addition, the managers of the Safety and Environment Department and the Operation Management Department made their work summaries respectively.
In the report, each department manager and responsible person summarized their work experience and shortcomings, shared their experiences and insights, and put forward new ideas and measures to improve their work one by one, clarified the direction of their efforts, and comprehensively planned their work for the new year. The staff of all departments need to continuously improve their professionalism and maintain a learning mindset. Only through continuous learning can we continuously optimize our work. All the staffs of Haijiang Group are looking forward to working together, anchoring goals and forging ahead in the new year to jointly promote the company's high-quality development and create new achievements.
