Dear members of Haijiang:
This June is the 22nd national production safety month, the theme of which is " to make everyone learn about safety, and everyone can be ready for emergency". We should study and understand the important remarks of General Secretary Xi Jinping on safe production, promote the concept of safe development, implement the responsibility of safe production, carry out the inspection of major accident hazards, improve the safety awareness and emergency handling ability of all staff, make every effort to grasp the safety prevention work of the Group and each project department, and firmly stabilize and control the safety situation.
We hope that every employee of the Group can strengthen the safety awareness of all people, strictly follow the requirements of the Work Safety Law, and always keep the safety production in mind and the safety work in hand. All of us should fully fulfill our safety responsibilities, build a firm line of defense for safety production, and have an effective result of the "Safety Production Month" activities.
At this point, the person in charge of each department should have a clear understanding of the situation, profoundly learn the lessons from recent major accidents, effectively identify the management shortcomings through accident investigation and analysis, and implement all the safety deployment work of the Group. We must resolutely stop a few managers from nurturing a fluke mentality and strictly implement the inspection of construction safety measures and supervision of the operation process. We should always adhere to the concept of being people-oriented, putting life first and developing safely, so as to lay a solid foundation for the current and future safety production work and promote the safety and quality standardization level of Haijiang Group to a new level.
Managers at all levels should focus on the front line, take the lead in the investigation and treatment of hidden dangers in their areas of responsibility, severely investigate and combat violations of production safety regulations, and effectively strengthen on-site management. We should establish a database of major accident hazards to ensure that all kinds of hazards are eliminated in the beginning. We will strengthen the implementation of measures at the site, provide timely feedback and rectification, put in place certain rewards and punishments, and make regular control to promote the continuous stability of the safety situation in the whole field of the Group.
We must continue to enhance the emergency response capacity of production safety, build professional emergency rescue teams, continue to improve emergency plans, improve the production safety prediction and early warning and emergency coordination and linkage mechanism, regularly carry out technical and tactical training, combat drills and personnel avoidance self-rescue training, to further enhance the emergency response capacity and provide strong protection for the protection of people's lives and property.
The Group's party branch, leadership team and safety committee will work together with everyone to deeply implement the safety work and resolutely eliminate all kinds of safety hazards. We will create a safer, more orderly and harmonious "Safety Haijiang" together!

In order to promote the activity of "Safety Production Month", Haijiang Group held the 2023 Safety Production Mobilization Meeting on June 8, in which the person in charge of safety was appointed to deploy the work of Safety Production Month to all the staff of the Group. All the staff of the Group recited the Group's safety pledge and took an oath at the meeting, and then everyone signed the safety banner and took a group photo.
The Group will subsequently organize safety education training and experience-sharing sessions to popularize safety knowledge in order to improve employees' safety
capabilities of risk control, safety hazard identification and self-inspection, and emergency avoidance; it will also conduct emergency drills for emergency situations, professional drills related to Haijiang Group's emergency rescue team, and other special drills in line with the actual situation, and share and exchange insights after participating in the activities.
Haijiang Group will continue to implement and promote the work of "Production Safety Month" to create a safer and more secure production and living environment.
