Recently, the oil depot project of the Guangzhou Lubricant Sales Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) started successfully. This is another new project of intelligent demolition benchmark for Haijiang Group. At the same time, this also marks the accelerated expansion of Haijiang Group's business in Shenzhen and the further consolidation of the integrated layout of "intelligent engineering + resource utilization". 01Dismantling is much more difficult due to the complex environment
The project required us to remove a large number of pipelines, which made the construction difficult. In particular, some of the facilities are close to residential areas, for example, the north side of Tank Area II is adjacent to the outer wall of Shenzhen Science City Experimental School, the west side is the tank factory, and the east side is a residential area. The complex surrounding environment greatly intensified the difficulty of the project implementation, and the tight schedule task also posed a serious challenge to the project team.
02 Overcoming obstacles and setting a new standard for smart demolition in Shenzhen
Haijiang Group has strong advantages in intelligent demolition technology and has the confidence and ability to deal with all kinds of complicated situations with ease. The oil depot project team overcame difficulties and was determined to tackle the project. After several in-depth studies, the project team members had an accurate understanding and analysis of the project content, project scale, surrounding environment and the current situation of the building. Based on the rich experience obtained in previous projects, a set of intelligent demolition plans for dust and noise reduction was quickly finalized to ensure maximum ecological protection during the demolition process.
