On September 28, the president of Beijing Association for Promotion of Enterprise Development and other leaders went to investigate the project site of Haijiang Group. Liu Haijiang, chairman of Haijiang Group and vice president of the Association, and other relevant persons in charge accompanied the leaders to the intelligent dismantling command center and the main device dismantling area for investigation and visit.
The president of Beijing Enterprise Development Promotion Association and other leaders went to visit the site immediately after arrival. They listened carefully to the report of Mr. Chu, the project manager of Haijiang Group, about the dismantling work plan of the project, and then entered the intelligent dismantling command center to visit the intelligent command platform and remote control platform of dismantling scheduling and learn about the intelligent process of Haijiang Group. Then they went to the main device dismantling area to investigate the work progress and observe the dismantling process and safety measures on site.
On the spot, Liu Haijiang, Chairman of Haijiang Group, personally explained and introduced Haijiang's 5G global remote control technology for President Huang. Cooperating with Huawei, the Group has achieved remote and accurate control of the operating machinery by the 5G technology. It can combine with electronic control units(ECU), electric hydraulic converters, posture sensors,etc. which were self-developed by the Group. The operators can control the unmanned demolition machinery in demolition areas in real time in the remote control room, and simultaneously send back the real work scene video. This technology has a very high difficulty factor and is the first to be used in the same industry in China. Using this kind of technology can effectively protect personal safety for operators in very harsh situations. It not only avoids operators from manipulating the equipment under high-risk and uncontrollable situation, but also breaks the drawbacks of the traditional demolition industry. It improves the working efficiency, saves a lot of labor costs for enterprises, and provides unlimited possibilities for the realization of intelligent unmanned sites in China.
After listening to the suggestions given by President Huang, Liu Haijiang then relayed the suggestions to the field technicians and actively discussed the improvement plan with them.
